Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

I just think there were better works there and it isn't fair to see works as mine, wich was among the best, not even mentioned on the honorable mentions, and I don't speak just for myself, I speak for the other deviants who had wonderful works, as good as mine or even better... And with my comment I don't want you to think I'm a bad looser, I'm not, I really appreciate this contests, because I do what I love, photomanipulation. I just think it could be more fair if some of the works were mentioned too. I'm not better than anyone, but I think my work deserves to be featured here more than some of them. There's a work there that's not even well blended together... I will not tell names nor point deviations, I just think you should have a judge that understands what photomanipulation is.

what the hell the second place for twisted tales is just awfull :S and the honorable mentions there should be other works mentioned there who deserve it even more then the one who is on the second place... either you have bad taste or are just bad judges... there are so much better works then the ones you have chosen.... the contest you make just aren't fair... you probably only choose your friends or people you know well or already have a known name in DA... i bet you don't choose fairly...
